I wanted to share this recipe before Memorial Day because I love this dressing for a salad. It’s perfect served along side anything grilled! I love tangy dressings and this one has the perfect balance of sweet and tang.
Creamy Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 TBS Honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Stir well, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Will keep in the fridge in an air tight container for 1 week.
